At Nautilus Reels we are very proud of the products we manufacture. All reels are CNC machined from bar stock 6061-T6 aluminum in our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in south Florida, and are backed by our lifetime warranty. All but the bearings, screws and anodizing is done in-house – let the experts do what they know best: Bearings are the best money can buy, screws and o-rings the same, and anodizing is done for us out of state (yes, we ship everything across the country and back) at one of the world’s best anodizers. We don’t skimp on production costs, which is why our reels perform as well as they do. The only plastic you will find on our reels are the o-rings and handles (these are also CNC machined by us out of impact and wear resistant Delrin®).
                                                                             
We love to fly fish, and we are very picky about the gear we use: especially our reels. That is why we are obsessive about manufacturing the best reels that money can buy, and here they are:

Every week we receive calls from customers with special requests, usually in the form of custom colors or custom engravings. As a result we are offering cutom colored reels that can be special ordered from your local dealers. Available colors are Deep Electric Blue, Violet, Pink, Gold, Moss Green, Blood Red and Titanium (standard color on the FW series). We recommend that if you choose to order a custom reel, you order a spare spool at the same time to ensure a proper color match. Colors will vary between batches, and ordering the reel and spare spool together is the only way to guarantee a perfect match. Typically custom color orders will take 2 weeks, but in some cases as much as 2 months, depending on specific model avaialability. Price for all colors is the same: Reel Price + $100.00 for reel, + Spool price +$50 .00 for spare spool. Example: FW5 in Green = $295.00 + $100.00, Spare Spool in Green = $135.00 + $50.00.
