GET IN TOUCHLead the shop floor and help keep our production moving with precision. The CNC Shop Floor Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate workflow, maintain quality standards, and support the team in producing Nautilus Reels to our exacting specifications.
What we're looking for:
- CNC machining and shop floor experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- A high standard for quality and attention to detail
- Someone who takes ownership and leads by example
Help turn raw material into precision components for Nautilus Reels. The CNC Setup role is responsible for machine setup, tooling, offsets, first-piece inspection, and keeping production running accurately and efficiently.
What we're looking for:
- CNC setup experience
- Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail and consistency
- A commitment to quality and craftsmanship
The final details matter. This role is responsible for deburring, polishing, and finishing machined components to the high standards Nautilus Reels is known for. It’s hands-on work where patience, precision, and a good eye make all the difference.
