All NAUTILUS® series reels carry a limited lifetime warranty covering any defect in materials and workmanship. This warranty provides that defective Nautilus fly reels will be repaired at no charge other than shipping, handling and insurance. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, improper maintenance, wear and tear or modification.

NOTE: For reel service, please submit no more than 2 reels per form. If you need service for additional reels, please complete a separate form for each additional set of up to 2 reels.

I further acknowledge that any package that does not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to sender, and that Nautilus Reels is not responsible for any damage that occurs during inbound transit as a result of insufficient or improper packaging.
