By sending in a reel that has been dropped or impacted, I understand that Nautilus will inspect the reel to determine whether the impact has affected its functionality. Repairs related to impact damage are not covered under warranty. If the inspection confirms impact-related damage, I agree that I may be charged for parts, labor, and return shipping. Nautilus will contact me with an estimate before any chargeable work is performed.
