LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
All Nautilus reels carry a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner covering any defect in materials and workmanship. This warranty provides that defective Nautilus fly reels will be repaired or replaced at our option at no charge for parts and labor. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, improper maintenance or modification.

Please enclose a note describing the reasons for the service/repair request, your return address and a daytime phone number where you can be reached. All reels mailed within the USA must include a $45 check or money order for shipping and insurance. From Alaska and Hawaii, please send a check for $50, and from Canada, please send $60. If your reel was purchased and registered less than 12 months prior to mailing it in for repair your return shipping and handling will be free of charge. Proof of purchase and online product registration must be verified prior to returning it to us.
We kindly ask that the fly line be removed before sending the repair. Nautilus Reels does not assume responsibility for damaged fly lines or backing. For non-warranty repairs, Nautilus Reels will contact you with a quote for the repair for approval prior to initiating repairs.
When shipping a reel for service/repair internationally, please ensure that all customs paperwork is filled out properly and that any customs duties that may result from shipping the merchandise to Nautilus Reels and back are taken care of.
Repairs that are not shipped with the correct paperwork and result in a bill to Nautilus Reels for customs duties will be refused and returned to the sender. In most cases, the sender needs to check the box marked “Sender will be responsible for customs and duty fees,” but this may vary depending on the carrier used. International rates vary.

Do not attempt to disassemble your Nautilus reel by yourself. Such action will break a factory-installed seal that could cause permanent damage to your fly reel and may prevent the reel from functioning properly. This will void the manufacturer’s warranty. Contact your local fly shop or Nautilus Reels for assistance.
