Stronger, lighter, and more responsive than the NV-G series it replaces, the GTS features a refined frame, seamless left- to right-hand retrieve conversion, and a highly intuitive drag knob. The first turn delivers the majority of usable drag for delicate presentations, while additional turns quickly bring the power needed for larger fish.
With a 4” diameter and Giga arbor, the GTS 7/8 offers fast line pickup and ample backing capacity for everything from trout to bonefish. The frame is also compatible with the 5/6 spool, giving anglers a versatile, multi-fishery setup. Integrated backing markers and clear spool identification make rigging fast and precise, rounding out a reel built for anglers who expect control without compromise.
